UCF Beats ECU, Rises to Top of Conference

UCF took a commanding lead in Conference USA's East Division by beating fellow East member ECU, 49-35. With the win, and Southern Mississippi's loss, the Knights essentially have a two game lead. UCF is undefeated in conference. ECU has one conference loss, but now UCF would have the tiebreaker over them, and Southern Miss has two conference losses. UCF Dominates Rice, 41-14

It was a great homecoming for the UCF Knights. On a day that players from previous great UCF teams were honored, this UCF team played like it may be one of the greats. UCF outplayed Kansas State. It was clear to anyone who watched. Two drives resulting in touchdowns for K-State basically decided the game. UCF's comeback fell short, losing 28-21 against N.C. State. The knights couldn't overcome turnovers, with their 5th and final coming on their last drive of the game.
