As we enter the second week of the US Open, the field becomes thinner and we separate the true contenders from the pretenders (see: Roddick, Murray). The big story of the early US Open action isn't any big upsets, its the heat. The #10 seed Victoria Azarenka collapsed on the court because the temperature was too much for her.
