Buffalo made the first move towards the trade deadline late on Sunday night by acquiring former 43 goal scorer Brad Boyes from the St. Louis Blues for a 2nd rounder. Boyes was a dominant goal scorer while playing for the Erie Otters of the OHL in the early 2000′s and is a proven winner leading Erie to a 2002 OHL Championship.
