The New York Islanders have reached an agreement with D Milan Jurcina on a contract extension of 1 year, valued at $1.6M. Jurcina, 27, has appeared in 19 games this season for the Isles after missing significant time with a groin injury. He has 4 pts and 12 PIM this season.
