Tony Romo and the Cowboys wasted some chances early but scored enough points in the second half to hold off the Seattle Seahawks. On Saturday, all NFL teams were required to make enough roster cuts to drop to the league-mandated 53 man rosters. The Seahawks cut 20 players; none of these moves were particularly surprising.
