The Cincinnati Bearcats came out aggressive and in a zone, which was once considered the kryptonite for this Uconn Huskies team. Notre Dame took advantage of their home court and beat the Uconn Huskies, the Irish forced Kemba Walker into shooting 8 of 23. The Irish held on to beat the Huskies 73-70, Notre Dame led 38-30 at the half. Ben Hansbrough led the Irish with 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists.
