USF ( 2-1 ) beat lowly Western Kentucky ( 0-4 ) 24-12 in Tampa last night, despite the Bulls being outgained by 31 yards. South Florida's two wins have come against Stony Brook ( Div. IAA ) and Western Kentucky, with last night's loss the Hilltoppers have lost 24 consecutive games. In other words, USF has beaten two cupcakes.
