Stampeders Roll Up The Eskimos 36-20

The Calgary Stampeders just keep on rolling. Calgary moved to 9-1 on the season after beating the Edmonton Eskimos 36-20 at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton, and the score board showed a game much closer than it actually was. I like Steven Jyles. I really do. But I don’t want him as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers starting quarterback. He reminds me a lot of Kevin Glenn. Don’t get me wrong, Kevin Glenn’s a good quarterback. Winnipeg Firing in All Aspects of the Game Defeats Eskimos

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about how the Toronto Argonauts wanted the game more than the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. On Saturday, with the Edmonton Eskimos in town to take on the Bombers, the team that wanted the game more proved to be the victor again. The Blue Bombers were that hungrier of a team to the tune of a 47 to 21 victory over the Eskimos. Winnipeg came out of the gate ready to play...
