Steelers Pre-Season #2 Game Summary
Posted on 19 Aug 2012 by Rob Stroup.
In the preseason, I am far more intrigued by how a team plays than the end result of the game. As such, this week’s review focuses on different facets of the game. Though it hardly matters, the Pittsburgh Steelers won 26-24 over the Indianapolis Colts. Steelers Offense Passing Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had a terrible read as the Colts safety, Antoine Bethea, undercut a WR out route t...

Hillis is Key for Browns Success vs Colts
Posted on 17 Sep 2011 by Bradley Ross.
No question this will be an interesting game. One one side, you have the young Cleveland Browns who played well for a majority of the game last week against Cincinnati, but blew it at the end to the Bengals. On the other side, you have a veteran team that lost its locker room leader in Peyton Manning and somehow didn't show up to play last Sunday. Both teams have people that need to step ...

AFC Wild Card Preview- New York Jets (11-5) at Indianapolis Colts (10-6)

With the win over Tennessee last Sunday, the Colts solidified their ninth consecutive playoff appearance. Yes, it was a down year. Yes, there were a lot of injuries. But, yes, they are back in the postseason once again after winning their final four games. Surprise, surprise. Back in 2006, Indianapolis won the Super Bowl as a three seed. Déjà vu perhaps? The Jets come in reeling wit...

Colts Avoid Being Skinned

First of all, let’s all give thanks to Redskins’ CB Carlos Rogers for eating a Triple Slider Deluxe at Five Guys Burgers and Fries giving him greasy fingers and enabling him to drop two would be interceptions. But I’m still concerned about the run defense even after the Colts escaped our Nation’s Capital with a 27-24 win on Sunday night. You gotta give it up for the Redskins though. ....

Colts Will Commit a Capital Offense
Posted on 14 Oct 2010 by Patrick Blakeslee.
How fitting is it that the Colts are playing in Washington DC this weekend since their defense resembles the politics in our nation’s capital. . .talking a good game but performing inconsistently. Dwight Freeney said that a lot of the team’s problems that happened against the Chiefs were “self inflicted” but if you watched the same game I did, the only self inflicted problems were don...

Chiefs Looking to Strike Oil
Posted on 10 Oct 2010 by Vince Sapienza.
Welcome back Chiefs Nation. How does it feel being the only team left in the NFL with a an undefeated record, no you were not picked for the Superbowl, no you did not have your own HBO special, and no one thought you would be undefeated heading into Week 4 in a Conference clash with the very battered, yet very dangerous Indianapolis Colts. Now this may not be the same potent offense Colts that ...

Here Kitty Kitty

Yup. . .that’s gotta be what the Colts are thinking about Jacksonville right now because the Jags look a lot less potent than bona fide jaguars right now. . . and Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio probably had enough headaches this week thinking about the game that he could be the Advil Poster Child. Let’s face it….this game is not going to be fun for the Jags. The Colts are ranked 7th i...
