The Fighting Illini lost to Michigan yesterday by only two points. The Illini made it into triple overtime against the Wolverines in a game where the score ended at 67-65. The overtimes were played exactly as the rest of the game was played, scoring back and forth. It seemed that throughout the game whoever had the ball last was going to win. On Saturday at 11 a.m. Central time, the Illinois Fighting Illini will take on the Purdue Boilermakers at Memorial Stadium in Champaign, IL. The Illini come into the contest matching Purdue with a record of 4 wins and 3 losses. The Illini are coming off a big win against Big Ten rival Indiana, winning 43-13. Surprisingly Close Game for Buckeyes

The Illinois Fighting Illini put up a fight on Saturday at Memorial Stadium against the 2nd ranked team in the nation, the Ohio State Buckeyes.
