Cuts, Predictions and Picks
Posted on 7 Sep 2011 by Norm Duhamel.
The pre-season is finally done and the final cuts have been made. Veteran center Geoff Hangartner, Reggie Corner and Shawn Nelson were among those who were given their walking papers last Saturday. As the highest paid player on the offensive line, Hangartner was the biggest surprise from the cut list. He lost his starting job to the Bills 20th overall pick in the 2009 draft, Eric Wood. The ...

Rockies End Roadtrip in Disappointing Fashion – Face Difficult July Schedule
Posted on 28 Jun 2011 by Steve Folsom.
Colorado’s roadtrip began in Cleveland where they took two out of three from the Indians. The Rockies then made their first trip to the New Yankee Stadium and won the first of three. The roadtrip would end with a three-game slide as the Rockies would lose the last two to the Yankees and then lose a make-up game to the Chicago Cubs on Monday afternoon. There were some positives to take awa...

Schedule, Draft and TWIBN

I apologize for my lack of blogs lately, I know my die hard fans deserve more than 1 blog per month. I'll try and maintain one a week. The Bills 2011 schedule is out and it looks like it won't get any easier for the Bills this year. Their opponent's 2010 cumulative record is 137-119-0, making it the second hardest in the league. You would think finishing 4-12 in 2010 that your following sched...

Colts Schedule Pt 5
Posted on 29 Apr 2011 by Nick Clason.
Ok Colts fam, final blog post on the schedule. I'm sitting here watching this predraft, because my internal clock was screaming 7 PM for start time, or maybe that was the commercials, however I was duped and the marathon commonly referred to as the NFL Draft actually begins at 8. Which isn't incredibly favorable, that means the Colts at 22 probably won't pick til closer to 10, I was hoping ...

Colts Schedule Pt 4

Happy draft day blog fam! This is part four of the game by game analysis of the Colt's schedule. It's not scientific, its not very stat heavy, its just one die hard Colts fan's opinion of the schedule. If Peyton remains in Indy, and the offense comes back healthy, and the defense puts it together like I think it finally can, this team will be incredibly tough. You see we slung together 10 w...

This is part three on our analysis of the schedule. We are going quarter by quarter (4 games at a time) and I will give my analysis on what I think will happen with the Colts game by game. If you haven't read the introduction, that will give you some background of what I think about the schedule. Part two I went through the first four games. To get you caught up I have the Colts winning the fi...

Colts Schedule Pt 2

This is the second installment of our analysis on the Colts schedule. If you haven't yet read my first article it is worth a read, it will give a little bit of background. I predicted the Colts will end up going 13-3 this season. Here is the first quarter: Week 1 9/11 @ Houston Texans 1:00 PM CBS This is a little bit of deja vu for the Colts. We open in Houston last season and got torched...

This week, starting today (4/25), we will look at each quarter of the season. Today will provide as an introduction, then the following four days we will break down four games a day until we make it to 16 total games. Yes this will run through the draft, and I'm pretty sure I'll blog about our first round pick on Thursday night. To give a little bit of background on the schedule will help you...

The Washington Redskins released their 2011 regular season last night and I was overwhelmingly pleased to see that the Buffalo Bills game that the Redskins were to play is actually being played in Toronto at the Rogers Centre. Yes, the Washington Redskins will be in my home town! The following is their 2011 schedule! Looks like I’ll be heading down to the September 11th home opener too....

Happy [day after] schedule release day everyone! If you read my comment on my schedule post you will notice I want to do an analysis of the games. Just hold your horses, we will get to it, probably the start of next week. But we are in the middle of possibilities for the draft and today we are talking about Wide Receivers. Wide receiver, you may be saying to yourself, is not an issue. ...
