The Devils beat the Sabres with relative ease last night to get back on the winning track. After dropping 2 of 3 the Devils won against Buffalo 3-1 and if not for the strong play of Ryan Miller New Jersey could have scored 5 goals. Devils Sweep in Florida Trip

The Devils were able to earn four points in their two games against Florida and Tampa Bay. The Devils strong offense and some weak goaltending by Dwayne Roloson led to a 5-4 win in Tampa. Adam Henrique and Zach Parise each had a goal and two assists while Kovalchuk had a goal as well. There is a lot of pressure on Team Canada to come home with a gold medal this year, as the team had to settle for a silver medal in each of the last 2 World Junior tournaments. Devils Starting to Plan For Life After Brodeur

On Monday, the New Jersey Devils signed Union College goaltender Keith Kinkaid to an entry-level contract. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it's a good grab for the Devils at a position that seems to be wide open after Martin Brodeur decides to call it a career.
