Fantasy Sleepers
Posted on 18 Aug 2012 by David Willow.
Now we’re down to what is likely to be a favorite topic of most fantasy players the “Sleepers”. For the most part, barring some shifting here and there, the top 10 at each position can be a bit cut and dry. The choices at the 5 and 6 position or the players at 7 and 8 can be very similar and the differences can often be minute. The process of grabbing a sleeper can be very myopic and leav...

What is going on ProSportsBloggers and followers! Sorry that I did not write anything in preparation for week 3, my computer actually broke and I have had no internet access for the past 3 days (that is like a 3 years in fantasy terms). Although week 3 is not over yet, there a lot of takeaways from yesterday's games. In this article, I am going to shed some light on some players I am sure peopl...

What is going on ProSportsBlogging readers! WOW, what a crazy crazy crazy weekend in fantasy football. If you are like me, you had numerous injuries this past weekend including Jamaal Charles, Miles Austin, Ben Roethlisberger, Aaron Hernandez. Yeah I know, I am totally done for in my league. Hopefully this was not the case for any of my readers though. Anyways, this was an awesome fantasy weeke...

Sleeper of the Day
Posted on 12 Sep 2011 by Spencer Lieberson.
What's up SportsBlogging nation! I first want to apologize for not following through with my posts. With so much anticipation, as well as some unexpected events over the weekend, it was impossible to get to the computer. “What's Grinding My Gears” will be delayed until this Friday, but I am adding a sleeper of the day today because I missed this weekend. Anyways, what a great start ...

T-Minus 8 Hours
Posted on 8 Sep 2011 by Spencer Lieberson.
After another long night because of a late fantasy draft (worst idea ever), I wake up early this morning re-energized for some great football tonight! I try to calm myself down and go back to sleep (I could definitely use it), but I immediately turn on ESPN and get my computer. There is one thing on my mind, and nothing else matters. Man….I really love this time of year. Did anyone see...

Fantasy Sleepers
Posted on 11 Aug 2011 by David Willow.
It's hard to pinpoint just who is going to have a fantasy breakout season every year. I've hit and missed myself each year, but for every Arian Foster draft pick I hang my hat on, I have a Louis Murphy. My point being that with sleepers you draft based off of potential due to a good system, possible injuries, or just raw athleticism you that you hope becomes a great value pick late in a draft. ...

“Diamonds” in the Rough
Posted on 24 Nov 2010 by John Buffone.
If you don’t possess one of those “elite” quarterbacks that put up Manning or Brees-like numbers on a consistent basis, you may find yourself playing “Musical QBs” for the remainder of the season. This can make or break your run to fantasy football supremacy. Here are a few guys that are more than likely available and could quietly act as “diamonds” in the rough for your team. I p...

TEs and TE sleepers
Posted on 21 Aug 2010 by David Willow.
The tight end position is always a fun filler for the fantasy team. Outside of the top tier guys the position can seem like nothing more than a crap shoot trying to find that next breakout star. Here are some the top tier guys: Dallas Clark – The guy caught 100 passes last season and 10 TDs. That’s wide receiver stats. Antonio Gates – Year in and year out this guy is hover by or going ove...
